He is responsible for the strategic direction and implementation of CDW’s market research, competitive intelligence, and customer insights generation capabilities.
Lausch joined the company in 1998 as an account manager and quickly ascended the ranks, holding several senior management positions within the company’s sales, strategy and marketing functions.
Lausch previously oversaw CDW’s marketing analytics and data sciences function, as well the company’s marketing efforts focused on enterprise technology solutions. Prior to joining CDW’s strategy and marketing division he spent his previous 15 years with CDW in sales.
In his prior sales roles, Lausch served the needs of CDW’s customers across all the industries they focus on, with his executive roles in sales focused primarily on serving public sector customers: Lausch was Vice President of CDW’s Higher Education business unit as well as their Federal Government business unit.
