    Reports To:                   General Manager
    Working Hours:           Full-Time
    Compensation:           Compensation package is commensurate with experience
    Directly Manages:       Directly manages all Food and Beverage Front of House Staff

    Duties:                              The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for the management of Front of House aspect in the Food and Beverage department through sales of events, event staffing and management of Restaurant operations and fiscal planning and implementation.

    The ideal candidate should be someone that defines hospitality at their facility. Further qualifications include:

    • Three years of equivalent experience in a Hospitality Environment.
    • Ability to budget and manage fiscal responsibilities.
    • Outgoing personality, with a deep understanding of, and experience in, relationship building, including members, guests and staff.
    • Ability to work closely and communicate with all associates, departments, members, guests, and clients in a professional manner.
    • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.
    • Excellent guest service and problem resolution skills.
    • Work Closely with Executive Chef on Ala Carte and Special Events Menu Development
    • Work closely with Private Event Director on Banquets set up and menus
    • Professional and appropriate business appearance and presentation.
    • Ability to solve practical problems, accomplish goals, and deal with a variety of business details.
    • Ability to interpret direction furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
    • Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours, as needed.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
    • Strong computer skills preferred.
    • Ability to stand for long periods of time, work in an outdoor setting year-round and lift 25-30 pounds.
    • Strong presence, management skills, highly polished, well-rounded and experienced in all facets of food and beverage.
    • Experience in planning and execution of restaurant operations, private events and corporate events.
    • Culinary, Business or Hospitality Degree preferred.
    • Demonstrates successful catering sales and event planning for groups of up to 300.
    • Serve Safe certifies
    • Direct Reports include: Banquet Staff, Servers, Bartenders, Beverage Cart Staff, Host/Hostess
