Head Cook - Must have at least 5 years experience running a kitchen. Recipe costing, planning and ordering experience a must. Well versed in all aspects of the kitchen and be able to lead kitchen staff with ease in a firm but fair fashion. The concept's menu is ever changing, so a qualified chef is encouraged to create new and interesting dishes. Food Handlers Manager Certification Card required.
Line Cooks/Cocineros - Must have experience. Well versed in all aspects of the kitchen line. Strong skills on the Grill, Fryer and Saute. Team Players only. Debe tener experiencia. Bien versado en todos los aspectos de la línea de cocina. Habilidades fuertes en Grill, Fryer y Saute. Solo trabajadores en equipo.
