Village of Libertyville Seeks Business Participation In Small Group Discussions
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Libertyville, IL, August 16, 2022 -The Village of Libertyville is holding small-group meetings with Libertyville business owners and managers to learn more about the challenges and successes they are facing in an effort to better understand their circumstances and the local business climate. The Listening Session program is being extended to Fall 2022 following the successful completion of the February 2022 sessions. Sessions will be held virtually on September 13, 2022.
Business representatives can register on the program website. Retail and restaurant businesses are encouraged to sign-up for the 9:30 a.m. session, while other sectors (office, service, etc.) are encouraged to participate during the 2:00 p.m. session. Registration is limited, additional sessions will be opened should there be demand.

The Economic Development Commission is made up of Libertyville business and resident volunteers appointed by the Mayor. The Commission makes recommendations and assists with Village programs/actions which support existing businesses and attract prospective businesses.
