Many small- and mid-sized businesses must now report their beneficial owner(s) to the U.S Treasury’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). The deadline to file this report is January 1, 2025 for businesses created prior to 2024 and within 30-90 calendar days for business created in 2024 and after.
