Yale Wolk is an Illinois licensed home inspector since 1998.
Prior to becoming a Home Inspector, Yale served as CEO of 2 large hospitals, managed a large multi-physician medical practice, served as a business consultant and business coach to numerous businesses. During that period of time. He has been recognized by several civic organizations for his efforts and accomplishments in healthcare and business consulting.
Looking to start his own business, Yale turned to his father’s business, home inspection. Yale worked as a home inspector part time, with his father, for a few years while holding down a full time financial management position with a not-for-profit organization. In 1998, Yale made the move to full time home inspector and hasn’t looked back since. Yale’s company, Erison Property Inspection, does both residential and commercial inspections. He also provides mold, radon, and asbestos testing.
