The Brave Way - Self Defense Training for Adults, Teens and Families

In two hours we will teach you and your family members how to defend yourselves.  No previous self-defense training is required to master the moves taught in class.  This is one of the easiest to learn and most effective self-defense classes you can take.  The techniques are based on instinctive principles that don't require constant practice or years of training to use, and work regardless of your age, size, strength, speed or skill.  The class includes lecture; demonstration; hands-on instruction; scenario based training; defense against armed and unarmed attackers; single and multiple attackers; standing, sitting and ground techniques; and rape defense/prevention.  Participants will also be given a Personal Safety Guide to take home.  This class could save your life. Registration required prior to the start of class.
