              Description

Having a solid group of workers who get along and work well together is critical to business success. Business leaders need to know how to help employees be effective communicators and collaborators and provide work environments in which personal safety and mutual respect are baked into company DNA. Workers are increasingly concerned about who they work WITH as much (or more) than who they work FOR. This workshop includes open consultation to all participants from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
